Utah Student Association Board of Directors consist of the Executive Board, the Student Regent, a representative of the Commissioner’s office, two representatives from UPSIL, and an alternating representative from the CSSOs. The objective of the USA Board of Directors is to meet annually and review the progress, the strategic plan, and the budget of the USA. Additionally, the Board of Directors shall evaluate the performance of the USA Coordinator based on the duties and responsibilities set forth in the constitution and the bylaws, though voting rights lie solely with the Executive Board.
